Meeting Copilot ("the App") is designed with absolute privacy in mind. The App processes audio in real-time to generate text transcriptions and contextual hints. This processing occurs dynamically.
We do not store, record, or retain any audio data. The microphone is accessed strictly during an active session, and the temporary audio buffers are immediately discarded after processing.
Transcriptions and contextual AI hints are processed via our secure backend infrastructure. We do not link this data to your personal identity. We use anonymous, randomly generated device identifiers (App User IDs) provided by RevenueCat for subscription validation, not for tracking personal information.
Payments and subscriptions are securely processed by Apple. We do not have access to your credit card information or Apple ID. We rely on standard receipt validation mechanisms via RevenueCat.
